Officina Del Tempo

Officina del Tempo, makes its entry in the traditionally Swiss world of horology, more than three years ago, with a collection of watches characterized by the typical “made in Italy” taste. The distribution begins in 2000 and already by the end of 2001, the brand is present in the best watch retail stores. The news spread by the agents working in the field immediately lead important results on the sales market. The success is guaranteed: it is confirmed by the “Tonneau Limited” model, undisputed leader of the collection but also by the “Marrakech2”, with silicone-gel strap, already worn by VIPS in the sport and show-business field. Great interest arises not only on the Italian market: other foreign countries confirm that Basel World Watch and Jewellery Show, the world famous watch exhibition, represents a moment of fundamental importance to make contacts for the distribution of the brand abroad. Today the brand “Officina del Tempo” is present on the markets in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Middle East, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Serbia and Montenegro. The company is having more concrete contacts with important distributors for the opening of markets in Russia, China, France, U.K, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Benelux in order to gain a more and more international connotation of the brand. This distribution policy has obviously created an increase on the demands of “Officina del tempo” products by consumers, either on Italian market or abroad. In order to face this big demand the company has created new offices, has powered the trading structure and has opened a new division for the new lines design development. Starting from March 2004 the company will make a big advertising investment either on national or foreign press, with a strict and perseverant presence on general and specialized magazines. In the sport advertising world “Officina del tempo” reconfirms golf, a sport for few people which is gaining more and more consents from a young and dinamic public. The company have scheduled to participate as major sponsor for three tourneys for this year. Finally concerning the products, during the next Basel World 2004, “Officina del Tempo” will show its AGADIR brand new collection (with galouchat strap for the lady version and with silicone-gel strap for the gent version), a restyling of the Tonneau version and the so long expected Marrakech Medio Gel model.
