AVE Design | The AVE label was founded after the final day of Annemiek van Es’s exhibition at the Go Gallery in Amsterdam, due to the immediate demand for her work. Natural materials like semiprecious stones and fishermen’s threads from Brazil are the basic elements of her collections. AVE designs are All Very Exceptional: every piece is unique and has a highly recognized individual style. Together with Pascale Piket, friend and associate, they are realizing their ideal of helping the Brazilian community, where Annemiek lives and works part of the year. Brazilian women receive a percentage of every sold piece they made, next to a decent salary. In the future Pascale and Annemiek hope to set up an education program with AVE.
