Label by Gerard van den Berg | Until 1990, Gerard van den Berg was the talk of the town because of the numerous models he designed for Montis, a company he had founded together with his brother Ton. In 1991 he started his now successful seating company called Label Produkties BV. Again driven by him and his brother Ton. When Gerard van den Berg designed his first models for the Label-collection he also wrote a story full of character. Every model has its own inalienable identity because of the use of pure, simple materials combined with a clear, original design and soft warm colours. This story full of character is recognised and praised both at home and abroad. Gerard van den Berg also works as a designer for other companies that produce furniture such as Italian Molteni, Spanish Perobell and Austrian Wittman, under the name: Gerard van den Berg Design.
