DNA | In 1995, the Dutch fashion world was woken up by the arrival of DNA. Finally there was a new, and in particular, original, leatherwear label in a period which was mainly witnessing 'safe', conventional and consistently repetitive leather collections. DNA was different. Right from the beginning, the collections were created with only the best types of leather and precisely detailed styling. And that didn't go unnoticed. The Dutch fashion branch was ripe for this authentic mix of fashion, leather and quality. It is a successful fashion philosophy which up to this moment is the foundation of every DNA design. Today DNA has managed to secure a solid position in the Dutch fashion market and is now pushing into foreign grounds. The label has grown to become an original fashion brand with two collections a year, and it is impossible to imagine the branch without them. While evolving over the years, DNA has become extremely good at interpreting current fashion with high-quality types of leather. It's for this reason that DNA's designers select only the finest Italian leather. For example, a large part of the current collection is made from Zenit Washed, washed lambskin; qualitatively one of the best of its type. DNA's development has not gone unnoticed abroad either. In addition to Belgium, Denmark - a pre-eminent fashion country - has shown great interest in the collections. This year, DNA hopes to realize a growing number of sales points for the DNA collection in both countries. In order to achieve this, growth within the headquarters in Amsterdam was bound to happen. Thanks to the addition of a lot of talent in various departments, DNA expects to push things forward even more in the coming year. This will happen with expansion in the local and international markets, but also with the scaling-up of the individual collections.
