Closed Fashion

The story starts in the late 1970ies, when the company BALL Spa was founded in Italy. Shortly afterwards, the brand Closed was introduced, and the Pedal Pusher was produced. Closed became known for its innovation, leading a new wave of fashion and also inventing the legendary stone-wash technique. In the 1980ies, when everybody was wearing Pedal Pusher, another story started that
defines Closed today. Three guys met and became friends: Gordon Giers, Hans Redlefsen and Til Nadler. They are business partners, creators and the owners of Closed. In the course of sales expansion at the end of March 2008 Closed opened the new Store in the heart of Amsterdam. It is presenting all Closed women’s collections, including the extended line of shoes and accessories. Closed is proud of its heritage, but at the same time looks to the future, which promises to be even better.

Since March Closed opened a new store in the heart of Amsterdam – De negen straatjes. Women’s clothing, accessoiries and special limited editions are represented in the shop.
