Each design is created in close collaboration with the company’s tailors and seamstresses. Every sample is made and fitted at the Birna studio to guarantee you a perfect fit and great comfort. Founder and creative director Birna Karen was born in Reykjavík , Iceland in 1972. After traveling the world, Birna Karen settled down in Copenhagen, Denmark to start her own brand, Birna in the year 2000.
