Adil Isik, having set off in his early 20's with his ambition and faith in his father's small knitting store by selling headscarves and other goods, started his business with 15 people in Kocamustafapasa in a basement, and now with his 1,500 employees is at a status to be a trendsetter with his modern stores not only with his 12 stores at home, but also 9 store abroad. Adil Isik has never lost his faith and ambition to create a Turkish brand in the fashion world despite the foreign brands. He has always stressed that fashion in Turkey could not be in the monopoly of foreign brands, and that employees should be responsible to their managers. Adil Isik has managed to have a 10 million-dollar export so far, and the age average of his employees is 25. Adil Isik, retaining traditional features of fashion and being one of the Turkish brands walking up the steps fast, but successfully in the Turkish textile sector, is planning to be one of the most well-known brands in the world in the next ten years. Adil Isik thanks to Turkish consumers who have helped this company expand, and keeps heading ahead keeping this slogan in mind: "No success belongs to only a person, class or city. Success lies in a man's heart."
