Selma Karaca was born in Turkey where she studied painting and earned a fine arts degree. In1995 she began a successful hat company, where she designed and produced her own unique millinery collections for luxury clothing chains in Istanbul and Europe.Each garment is completed in her studio by hand, including the painting, hand stitching, and pleating, as well as the final construction and details. Whether it is a custom made wedding gown, corset or formal evening dress, each distinctive design is embedded with her emotional energy.
