Paul & Joe men: homage to the French cinema
Sophie Albou, owner and designer of Paul & Joe, was designing with French cinema’s l’age d’or in mind. The chic and elegant fifties and sixties with masculine men like Yves Montand ruled the roost. The whole collection is a homage to mid-century staples: belted overcoats, fedoras and flat caps; wider-legged pants than P& J’s usually have in their collection.
The collection is a modern approach to the fifties and sixties style and besides; all items are super comfortable and made in the high quality materials.
