‘Every day is a day to be beautiful’: the motto and design philosophy of the Rotterdam based jewellery designer Charlotte Wooning. From tomorrow onwards available that Perfectly Basics. Charlotte creates simple, elegant and delicate jewellery made out of high quality materials in timeless designs.
Her designs emphasize the pure, feminine beauty of the person wearing it. The designer uses authentic materials and each and every pieces has been carefully finished. All pieces are handmade in her studio in Rotterdam. The collection consists out of four different lines: ‘Icons’, ‘fruit colors’, ‘rainbow colors’ and ‘rings and balls’. Below you can read more about the stories behind these four beautiful lines.
‘icons’
The collection Icons consist of recognizable icons like a house, a hart, a bowtie, an anchor and a cross. The icons are made by hand, making them each one unique. The icons are made of silver or sliver plated and hang from a cheerful silk cord or a beautiful silver or gold or silver plated chain. The icons are universally recognized and shall remind each person of a different memory or emotion.
‘fruit colors‘
The jewellery in this collection is made out of genuine gemstones and silver or silver plated chains. The stones in diverse fresh colors look like real fruity candy: thus the name fruit colors. The jewellery is made out of high quality silver of silver plated and can be combined with other pieces in the collection. Mix the necklaces, bracelets and earrings the way you like! The stones are fragile and delicate and have a beautiful shine to them.
‘rainbow colors’
These pieces have a range of colourful gems that complement each other like a rainbow. The subtle colors run into each other or complement each other. This collection also uses high quality materials such as silver, plated silver and precious stones.br />
‘rings and balls’
In this collection, the special slim straps in various colors are emphasized. There are different colors available, the chains and rings can be combined easily. This brings the different shapes and colors together, anything is possible. The great thing about this line is that is can easily be mixed with jewelry you already have, this is because they have a timeless minimalistic design. The rings look great next to wedding rings or next to rings with stones.
