Behind the Scenes: Renée
We know her from the TV-show “Benelux Next Top Model” and “Echte Meisjes: Op zoek naar zichzelf”: Renée Trompert from Friesland in The Netherlands. Part-time model, part-time student and fulltime beauty. With her beautiful face, full hair and fresh look, she is a welcome guest at Perfectly Basics and we are delighted to welcome her into the PB-studio. Today we are shooting the most beautiful fall/winter looks from Velvet by Graham & Spencer, By Malene Birger and Repeat.
After finishing as 1st runner up in the popular TV-show “Benelux Next Top Model”, Renée began her successful modeling career. Ever since the TV appearance she has been booked for fashion shoots, catwalk shows and TV commercials, which has given her the possibility to travel a lot, especially within the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries however, will have to wait. Her busy modeling schedule combined with an equally busy study; International Hospitality Management, makes it impossible to go abroad for longer periods at a time.
Staying in shape is essential for a model and Renée tries to live as active as possible. She does yoga, run and swim regularly whilst eating as healthy as she can; preferably divided into six meals per day with a lot of vegetables. However, Renée also has her weakness: French fries!
As a true professional, she has a lot of beauty tips and she is happy to share them with us: Drink lots of water, make sure you get enough sleep and take good care of your skin. Never forgetting to clean and hydrate your face in the morning and evening is the answer. Just one look at Renées is enough to believe these simple tricks.
